1. What kind of Polyurethane products globalpu mainly produce?

3. Could globalpu design and make die or mould?
Yes, we can design and make die and mold according to customers’ drawings or samples; the mold cost will be return to customers in orders; the samples are free of charges, customers only need to consider the delivery cost of samples;
4. Could globalpu OEM according to customers requests?
Yes, we warmly welcome OEM orders, and keep confidentiality for customers, agreement could be signed as per customers’ requests.
5. How to get the quotation?
Tell us the product structure you required, or send us sample or drawings if possible; and using environment, such as: oil, water, acid, alkali, high temperature or low temperature, UV, etc. And the product hardness.
6. Whats the delivery time?
Off seasons: 7-15 days; peak: 10-20 days;
7. What are payment terms?
We accept the payment terms TT, LC, Western Union.
But for first cooperation between us, 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
8. How about the price terms?
FOB and CFR, CIF price are available.
Due to the fluctuation of the ocean freight, CFR and CIF quotation is based on the price terms of FOB.
9. What kind of original docs will be sent to us after delivery?
Packing list, commercial invoice, BL, CO or CE certificate will be sent or as request.
10. How will you contact me in case of problems?
In case of problem of your order, we shall contact you ASAP either by phone or by E-mail.
Please make sure that you give us full contact when placing your order.
11. How do I do if we think there is problem with our order?
All the polyurethane products we ship out is insured. In case of problem, please email or call us with all details of your problem which we will try to resolve as quickly as possible.
12. How do we make a complaint?
We are fully committed to providing you with the best possible service.
Our team will investigate your complaint and endeavour to respond within 3-7 working days and we will keep you in informed throughout the complete process.
13. How to solve the problem sometimes from the clients?
Free replacement or compensation no more than the amount of the goods is available for the product with quality problem after arriving at customers.
However, problems caused by inappropriate storage or operation are beyond our responsibility.
